When I thought about ‘Sabbath’ I just thought it meant what not to do on a Sunday. But is it just more than ‘thou shalt not?’. I’m now thinking it is a journey of discovery.
Shall we remove all technology, or sit in silence all day?
Hence here are my thoughts, written in an academic style, about what a modern day western sabbath could be perceived.
